The interior of the shed has thermal ply insulation board for added protection from the elements. The roof has a 25 year architectural asphalt roof in your choice of ten colors. This shed also features vertical slider windows with a baked on bronze enamel finish including screens, shutters and flower boxes. Extra strong double doors with a keyed lock and quality hinges are standard. The heavy duty floor system has pressure treated 4×4′s, 2×4′s and 5 ply exterior grade super laminated plywood.

Our Warranty

If something goes wrong in the first three years with anything on your shed that’s receiving normal care and use, we’ll replace or fix the guilty part. 25 years with the manufacturer on your roofing and siding. As long as you are the original owner, and as long as your shed has not been struck by lightning, tried by fire, subject to any other abnormal treatment or man made condition ( ie. sprinkler / water damage) or has been moved from it’s original location and or altered in any way we will quickly solve your problem. Utility Sheds and Playhouses have a one year warranty. All you need to do is hold on to your invoice.
