The Maintenance Free Vinyl Dutch Colonial comes standard with Premium Weyerhaeuser Vinyl Siding with a lifetime warranty, in your choice of 10 Siding Colors, 11 Trim Colors and 9 Architectural Roof Colors. Two deluxe slider window include screens and shutters. Extra strong double doors with galvanized hinges are designed to allow the doors to fold flat against the building. A keyed door latch with lock is also included. Heavy duty floor system has pressure treated 4×4′s, 2×4′s and 5/8″ exterior grade super laminated plywood.

Our Warranty
If something goes wrong in the first three years with anything on your shed that’s receiving normal care and use, we’ll replace or fix the guilty part. 25 years with the manufacturer on your roofing and siding. As long as you are the original owner, and as long as your shed has not been struck by lightning, tried by fire, subject to any other abnormal treatment or man made condition ( ie. sprinkler / water damage) or has been moved from it’s original location and or altered in any way we will quickly solve your problem. Utility Sheds and Playhouses have a one year warranty. All you need to do is hold on to your invoice.
