The Maintenance Free Vinyl Porch House
comes standard with Premium Weyerhaeuser Vinyl Siding with
a lifetime warranty, in your choice of ten siding and trim
colors. Architectural roof shingles are available in ten
colors. Two deluxe slider window include screens and
shutters. Extra strong double doors with galvanized hinges
are designed to allow the doors to fold flat against the
building. A keyed stanley 36" door with lock is also
included. Heavy duty floor system has pressure treated
4x4's, 2x4's and 5/8" exterior grade super laminated
plywood. Standard with choice deck flooring on porch.
